The ALFA™ 3 PIZZE Wood Pizza Oven is part of the ALFA™ MODERNO line. It is the big brother of the 1 PIZZE & 2 PIZZE ovens, and the little brother of the ALLEGRO (aka 5 PIZZE). This 3 PIZZE oven is also available in a gas version. This oven is ideal for small-to-large gatherings, and once pre-warmed can cook 3 pizzas at the same time, and all in less than 2 minutes! This countertop pizza oven can operate on a ALFA™ 3 PIZZE Base Cart, the ALFA™ SS Top Pizza Prep Table, or really any non-combustible surface (like granite or cement).
